Return & Exchange

Unimegastore has a hassle-free and simple easy returns & exchanges policy. We always want our

customers to be happy. For which we have flexible return policy. To avail this service, you need to

return/exchange a product within 7 days of purchase. Also, there are few checkpoints and rules for

return and exchange of products. They are given as below:

1. Return and Exchange is available only for limited pincodes.

2. Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached,

warranty cards, and original accessories in delivered packaging for a successful

refund/replacement.

3. In case of exchange, our delivery agent will deliver the new item and simultaneously pick up

the original item from you.

4. Considering the hygienic measures, we do not exchange lingerie and the innerwear

products. Please contact our customer representatives for such products.

5. In case of electronics and fragile products, physically damaged and abased products will not

be exchanged

6. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to maintain its

condition.

7. Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.

8. Few of our products are non-returnable and it is mentioned in its product page. Please check

the product details carefully before buying for the same.

9. Gift cards are non-returnable.

10. Considering the pandemic conditions, the products return/refund might get delayed. We

hope you would co-operate in such cases.

11. Products under promotional, seasonal and festive offers will not get refunded. However, you

can exchange those products.
