you can also return and exchange a product.
The terms for refund are as follows:
1. The refund is not available for all the products. So, do check the product details before purchasing.
2. The products should be kept in the original condition with its packaging and tags. Also, keep the
invoice with the product you want to exchange.
3. The refund is available only on select regions and areas.
4. The products like innerwears, lingeries, masks etc. are not refundable considering the hygiene
standards and customer safety.
5. Any physically damaged product will not be refunded. However, you can verify the conditions with our
customer representatives for rare case scenarios.
6. The shipping charges will be deducted while the refund process.
7. The refund will be initiated once the product is returned to our delivery agent and your refund money
will be deposited in your account within 5-7 working days.
8. Products sold under any kind of offer or promotional event are not refundable.
9. Gift cards or coupons will not be refunded, once used for buying the product.
